I completed school in 2024 and spent some time exploring career paths that truly aligned with my interests, trying my hand at a few different trades. In early 2025, I was fortunate to step into a role as a structural draftsperson, and it immediately felt like the right fit. Since joining the team, I’ve been learning to navigate different work styles and adapting to the fast-paced, collaborative environment of HR Design Group. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow, and I’m excited to keep building my skills in a field that blends technical precision with creative problem solving.

What energizes me at work?

Honestly, it’s a mix of caffeine, clever minds, and a killer Spotify playlist. Our engineering team runs on problem-solving and espresso shots, and nothing gets the brain ticking like a good beat and a freshly brewed coffee.

What do I enjoy about the work I do?

One of the things I really enjoy about my work is seeing how homes take shape from the ground up. It’s fascinating to be part of that process. I also love the collaborative vibe in the office; everyone’s bouncing ideas around, helping each other out, and working together to solve problems. It makes the job feel dynamic and rewarding
